Is there a difference between vinyl and wood fencing?

When it comes to adding value to our property, is there a difference? Or is a fence a fence?|||Well the obvious difference is the material of which each is made. One is pressure treated wood and the other is vinyl. Now wood fencing is considerably cheaper than vinyl and for good reason. Wood, no matter if it is treated, will eventually look like #$%26amp;^$!!. So, if you are going to be living in this place for the long haul, it will be in your best interest to go vinyl. I is much more expensive, but it will help you when it comes to resale bec=ause you will not have an old rotted wood fence falling apart. The best thing to do is to drive around some neighborhoods and see for yourself. Look at those older wood fences and see if you want that around your place one day. Now on the other hand, if you are looking to fix up and sell the home, then wood fencing may be an inexpensive means to help you out. good luck!|||Vinyl would probably bring more because you don%26#039;t have to replace boards on it after a few years or stain it.... Just hose it off
