Is it ok to set concrete fencing posts while it is raining?

I am setting 4x4x8 posts for privacey fence and its going to be raining on and off. Is it ok to set these posts while it is raining?|||I see no problem as long as it isn%26#039;t raining hard enough to affect the concrete mixture. Concrete dries harder when it is exposed to high moisture.|||Yes. It would be easier for you to dig though if there is a little moisture in the ground, but not so dry that it will be twice as hard to dig.
