You should check with local community recreation organizations for introductory classes or many community colleges offer inexpensive classes. Having said that here are some clubs in your area.

If you are interested in historical rapier fencing, which is what the modern forms evolved from, check out the Society for a Creative Anachronism. By the way, official SCA instruction is free, but you may need to get your own equipment, which runs about $300 to start.
