I%26#039;m wanting to go with something that will look good as well as be affective in keeping my dogs in.|||I would suggest a 6 ft. cyclone fence unless you are concerned about privacy. Of the three large dogs, I imagine at least one might be a %26quot;jumper%26quot;, so 6 ft. is recommend. You can get it coated in green and/or plant flowers %26amp; bushes on the outside of it for attractiveness. With the cyclone, you can also be sure the dogs won%26#039;t dig underneath the fence because you can put the bottom of the fencing right to the earth. With wood, you cannot.
They also sell vinyl %26quot;slats%26quot; in different colors for cyclone fences - this will give you privacy if you need it.|||6%26#039; minimum chain link fence. But **** check with your city%26#039;s zoning permits **** City I live in, I didn%26#039;t need a permit for a fence but they had RULES that I had to abide (or tear it down %26amp; do over) so the city gave me %26#039;permission%26#039; to put a fence on my property. My area, I was not allowed to have more than 4%26#039; high chain link fence in the front of my house and after 20%26#039; from the front, then on the remaining side of house, the fence could be 6%26#039; (oh yeah, 2 different heights on the same side of a house).
