Usually above a certain height off the ground not only height requirements but structual reinforcements, materials, design and a permit/inspection are often required too.

Usually around 36%26quot; tends to keep people and their center of gravity from falling of your roof.... even if its not required... why risk it? And Im sure you can trust yourself but if you bring anyone else up there.... people can do stupid things... and they sue for even more stupid things.....|||Forget about leagal requirements %26amp; give priority to your safety requirements!
